Outdoorish is an Australian company based in NSW, Australia. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in greater Sydney using Australia Post.

Orders placed will be dispatched on Monday - Friday, excluding public holidays. As a small business, we do our best to keep up with fulfilment within 2-3 business days, but this may not be a guarantee, especially during busy periods - including, but not limited to sale periods such as Black Friday and December - January. 

Shipping Costs

We offer FREE DELIVERY in Australia & NZ on orders over $50.

Flat rate $10 standard shipping and $15 express shipping Australia wide. 
Flat rate $15 standard shipping NZ wide. 

Shipping Timeframes

AUSTRALIA:

Sydney metro area: 2-6 working days

To other capital cities in Australia: 4-9 working days

To rural Australia: 6-12 working days

UNITED STATES:

We offer FREE DELIVERY to the US on orders over $50.
Flat rate $15 standard shipping to US on all other orders. 

Orders are delivered duty paid (DDP) and customers will not need to pay duties.

INTERNATIONAL:

Flat rate $15 standard shipping to: UK, EU, UAE, CA, Asia.

Any applicable duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer. 

Tracking 

All of our orders are shipped with tracking, and your tracking information will be sent to you after dispatch. Please note that it is your responsibility to check the tracking. If the parcel is late or is not delivered, please notify us by email no later than 5 days after it is considered late or delivered. This is the time frame given to us by our couriers, and therefore we can not be held responsible for any missing/late packages after this time frame. All of our deliveries have ATL - 'Authority to Leave' at a safe location, so please check for this, as fairly regularly the courier will place your parcel somewhere near your front door and out of the weather if they can. 

Please note, you are responsible for listing the correct delivery address on your order - if it is incorrect and the package is returned to us, you will need to pay an additional delivery fee for the re-delivery cost.
